OEC International strive to send out all orders as soon as possible. Items held in stock will be despatched either on a Tuesday or Thursday depending on when the order is placed. For any special deliveries or urgent requests please contact us and we shall endeavour to accommodate you. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or on back order we will notify you accordingly.
OEC despatch orders using various couriers, namely UPS, TNT and FEDEX depending on the weight, dimensions and location of the delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the goods upon arrival, ensuring to check for any damage or faults. All risk shall pass to the signatory upon receipt of delivery.
OEC shall not be liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods.
